Do I Spotify my music?

I’ve read recently that Spotify only pay artists around $0.0032 per stream, or less. The question is, whether it’s worth putting my own music on the platform, along with places like Deezer, Amazon Music, and Youtube Music.

So far, I have tracks on Soundcloud and Bandcamp, but will I get enough plays and streams? What’s the best distro site to get my tracks out there?

Maybe I’ll get on some playlists. Unless I get on to Bandcamp daily, and get some proper publicity, I’m stuck with the old self-promotion….

Any ideas suggestions????
